Robusta coffees which are from a different species than Arabica were considered inferior in quality. We were making a bold and daring in-the-face statement to the coffee world but thanks to the work of the Sethuraman Estate we were able to easily prove the general consensus wrong. Good Robusta coffee can be achieved and once again the Sethuraman Estate has outdone itself.
